Ragan is a Director at ISG with 17+ years in the private sector, with 7 years spent in the financial services industry and over a decade spent in private sector consulting. Within her consulting experience, Ragan has led and delivered multimillion-dollar programs/projects for strategy development, system selection & implementation, enterprise transformation, and just about everything in between. While at her last consulting firm, Ragan took ownership of firmwide delivery standards and quality assurance / quality control processes, procedures, templates, and training for the end-to-end project lifecycle. Ragan is often described as a high – energy, motivating servant leader and has won top consulting mentorship awards for five consecutive years. Ragan thrives on delighting clients with exceptional delivery and inspiring her team to reach their goals and potential.

 

Off the clock, you can find Ragan running, interior designing, and likely fostering dogs from the humane society or local rescue organization.
